Esha Gupta has an M. Sc Mental Health Studies from King’s College London. She has worked with corporates, non-profit organisations and schools, advocating mental health awareness and education. She enjoys working with children and adults, helping them regulate their emotions in a safe and supportive manner. Esha uses Person-Centred Psychotherapy and Mindfulness methods in her practice, focusing on the mind and body connection and encouraging self-cultivation. She is passionate about the well-being of women, having conducted and authored research on women’s anxieties in pregnancy. She has also worked towards creating a social-emotional model for underprivileged female sex workers in India.
